Five small things to help you lead your week with a little more intention. Every Sunday, from me to you.
One email a week. Unsubscribe whenever you like.
Short enough to read with your coffee. Specific enough to use the same day.
A mindset shift from the past week, the one I can’t stop thinking about. Written the way I’d say it to you across a table, not the way I’d write it for work.
The tool or system I’m actually using right now, and the one thing it does well. Honest about where it falls short, because most of them do somewhere.
One small habit I started and kept. Concrete enough to try today, small enough that you actually will.
One recommendation — a book, an article, an episode, or something I actually use. Whatever earned my attention that week, and one reason it might earn yours. Nobody pays to be here, and affiliate links are always labelled.
Something to sit with. Answerable, but not in the shower — the kind of question you carry around for a day.
Short enough that it never becomes another thing to catch up on.
This isn’t a letter about doing more. You don’t need someone telling you to want it badly enough, you need a smaller number of better decisions, and a bit of company while you make them.
So that’s what shows up. Five things I’ve actually used, read, or thought hard about since the last one, tested on my own weeks well before they reach yours. Nothing to adopt wholesale. If a letter isn’t useful to you that week, it’s short enough that you’ve lost nothing.
I write Your Focused Five. Five small things, once a week, for people who are already doing plenty.
